The Wye winds its way slowly from Kerne Bridge at Goodrich covering a lot of ground but very little distance. At Symonds Yat the river turns North and makes a very wide loop through Huntsham before turning South again and coming back almost to the point where it started. This is another pretty stretch of the river Wye but with very little access for fishing (except from a boat) because it passes through a deep gorge.
